We deliver across Egypt 🇪🇬 — fast, secure, and handled with care.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
- Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
(Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons.)
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We occasionally offer Free Shipping campaigns — stay tuned.
Payment Methods
We offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Card Payments (Debit / Credit)
For COD orders, please make sure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Because perfumes are personal-use products, returns are handled carefully.
You Can Request a Return If:
- The item is unused and unopened
- The product is in its original packaging
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items damaged after delivery
- Orders purchased during final clearance sales
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
We’ll handle it immediately and arrange a replacement if approved.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side)
- For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or wallet transfer
