• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
• We accept payments through Paymob, Credit/Debit Cards, and other supported payment methods.
• If your payment is declined or your order cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Egypt. Delivery times vary depending on location.
• Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and added to the total purchase amount.
• Aenoia is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 48 hours of purchase.
• Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition, with the perfume box and seal intact.
• You must provide the original receipt for the return to be processed.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Non-returnable items: Discounted or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by our products. Please review product ingredients before purchase.
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
